"The staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. There were problems with the temperature in the room--always either too cold or too hot. The bedside lamp did not provide enough light to read by. These were small but annoying problems. Overall, we liked the hotel. The location is great. Food in the restaurant is good, although service during the day was very slow. Loved Michael Feinstein's show."

"I arrived not to late however i found the reception not to welcoming, the doorman and bellman were very friendly and good,
the most disturbing thing was however the long black hair, for sure not mine, in the bathroom, would need some more attention, also the in room internet is not really good displayed on the tv. could have some improvement.
the restaurant in the afternoon was fine, one waiter very attentive and friendly, at least he offered the menu, while the other one tought it time to clean the floor while i was having lunch, i am sure it was not so busy before my lunch.
overall it is a pleasant hotel which has to improve a little bit"
