"This is the most considerate hotel I have stayed at in New York. In fact, I complimented the staff before I checked out. I have already recommended the hotel to others. I asked for additional hangers and I had them within five minutes. This has never happened before. Obviously I was impressed!"

"Room I had was comfortable,very clean and neat, well appointed ,good view but long , narrow and thus a little dark. Billed as a Jr Suite, with sitting area divided by "moveable" closet which was in the "dark" part of the room. Not a big deal/ I would go back."

"It's a lovely hotel, but being NY, be prepared for a small room. VERY comfortable and well-appointed, but small nonetheless."

"Great location within the theatre district. All of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Staff looked up and printed out information on restaurants. They gave us directions via subway to a museum. The staff offered to make reservations for us. The staff offered to help us obtain tickets -- but we had already booked seats for two shows before we arrived. Hypoallergenic bedding was available."
