"For $200 a night I expected more cable channels including CNN and that the ones we did get would be more clear. There was a nasty urine-like smell outside our door."

"I specifically requested two beds in the room, because that's what we wanted. When we arrived, they said they didn't have two beds, and that they didn't guarantee to satisfy user requests. They did offer to put us up at another hotel 30 blocks away, in a room with two beds, but that was inconvenient. We stayed and were very uncomfortable. Since they don't satisfy user requests, I will never stay there again, nor recommend it to anyone else. Also, the room they gave us was tiny, smaller than some closets I have at home."
