The Lucerne is a boutique hotel located two blocks from Central Park in New York's historic West Side neighborhood, minutes from Broadway and Times Square. The hotel has a fully equipped business center with email access. There are conference facilities on site, as well as a restaurant. Hotel services include 24-hour concierge, secretarial support, on-call doctor, translation, safety deposit, laundry, turndown, and bell staff.

In the West Side, the Lucerne is two blocks from Central Park and the Museum of Natural History, with easy access to all forms of public transportation. Also within a few blocks of the hotel are Lincoln Center and shopping. This location is minutes to Columbia, NYU, and Fordham University Easy. The World Trade Center site is about a five-minute taxi ride.
