"Room had two identical hideous paintings on wall...modernistic, showing as near as I could tell, a dead body hanging upside down. The ceiling (I hope) was in process of repair. The elevator so was slow that I wasn't sure if the numbers displayed indicated the floor it was on or the minutes remaining until its arrival to transport me. Am I stretching the truth? Three times I tired of waiting and instead climbed the stairs to my room--on the ninth floor! You be the judge."

"Recptionists were a little abrupt and lacked warmth. Not very helpful in facilitating my request for a non-smoking room which I had asked for on booking.
Stairway was not very clean, hadn't been vaccumed during our stay.
Very convenient location."

"Greetings,
My family and I had a wonderful on our First visit to N Y City, and
the accomodations were above the standard at this Super 8 Hotel. It was located in a very convenient location for our needs and the staff
was very friendly and professional.
The only two negaive comments were:
1. Our elevator was extremely slow.
2. I had called twice to confirm the room and inquired about the amenities. On both occasions, I was told that our room had a Microwave, and a small refrigerator. It had neither, and when I called the front desk, they only stated that I would need to upgrade to a suite to get them ...... And, my wife had already packed som foods and beverages accordingly.

"This hotel was recommended to me by my family. It was very close to all attractions and the value for cost was excellent. I plan to book with your facility the next time I return. My only concern is that housekeeping had taken some interest into a somewhat sophisticated travel alarm clock of mine and reset it to the wrong time zone. Luckily I did catch this in time when I went to set my alarm to get to the train station for a very early departure. Despite this matter, all my extended family and myself do plan to return. Thank you."
