"This hotel is all about location and excellent customer service. The rooms are very modern in design and the bathroom was luxurious with all marble floor. There is a seperate stand-up shower area besides the tub. The front desk staff and concierge service is excellent and the overall staff is very friendly and gives you the high level service. The location is superb since the hotel is about 3 mins walk from famous 5th Avenue shopping district, 10 blocks away from Empire State Building (abount 15mins walking), and about 14 blocks away (about 15mins walking) from the Central Park. Times Square and Broadway theatres are only 2 blocks away (about 5 to 7 mins walk). So if you want to live in the heart of Manhattan and want to see all by walking, this is the place to stay. My room was on the 20th floor so I could not hear the traffice, but I could hear people talking in the corridors, which didn't bother me much. The gym is open for 24hrs. Also there is a bar and a nice gift shop on the lobbly level. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel."
