"Only one minor complaint: the flush handle to the toilet was misplaced and difficult to flush. Otherwise, we were very happy with the accomodations."

"We were a family of four and this was our first stay in NYC. The location of the hotel was fantastic for all the major sights, shops and attractions. The room was a comfortable size, very clean and warm. We would use this hotel again, with no worries."

"Excellent Location beside Macys/Manhattan Mall/Empire state/Subway station and within short walking distance to Times Square. Room was adequate size, comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was welcomed in the morning. We had a room fronting onto 32nd st. which was a bit noisy at times (typical city noises) but we got used to it after a couple of nights. We probably could have moved rooms if needs be (if the kids were with us we would have moved to a quieter room) but we were happy enough to stay where we were. Overall, we were satisfied and would recommend it to a friend."

"It was very cold and the room did not have any extra blankets and the sheets were so thin we could of easily torn them. The bedspreads had cigarette holes which was not very attrative. We used the heater but sometimes I prefer extra blankets to a heater because it gets too hot in the room. It was difficult to find the right balance to keep warm. Also, the toilets did not flush very easily. We could hear all the noise in the hallways. We understand that this is not a five-star hotel, but sound proofing helps."
