"First impression as we stepped into the lobby was that booking at this hotel was a mistake as the lobby is spare and uninviting. Almost gives the appearance of a hostel like setting. When we arrived in our room, we found the room while small, to be very clean, beds and sheets to be luxurious, no noise. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend Park South and plan to return. I would think that the hotel could spend a little bit more money in decorating the lobby and making more traveler friendly."

"The small business centre that was provided free of charge was an additional bonus.
The cold buffet breakfast was much more than a standard continental, which was refreshing!"

"Rooms are TINY, but continental breakfast was decent and staff very friendly and professional. My room looked at a brick wall, but there appeared to be some with limited exterior views. If you are in NYC on business (vs. vacation) and plan to spend limited day time in your room, I would recommend it. It's not a bargain, but appears competitive with NYC hotel rates."
