"Our stay was exactly what we expected! Our room was clean but definitely showing a little age - the carpeting and bed linens the walls were a bit "tired" looking. The hair dryer in the bathroom could be updated to a more powerful wattage--it took way too long to dry my hair. Otherwise the staff was cordial and helpful and the lobby was pleasant and bright. The location was convenient and within walking distance to the shopping district on 5th avenue and to Grand Central. We had a terrific time spending the weekend in NYC in December seeing the holiday decorations and the crowds at Rock Center!!!"

"I enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice, exactly what we were told it would be; the staff was helpful and courteous. Unfortunately, a piece of mail delivered to us was disposed of just after we checked out and though I called the next day the mail was gone. It had been disposed of. It was valuable to us and we were upset about it. The desk clerk claimed full responsibility, which he didn't have to do since he obviously wasn't responsible. It was a nice gesture and we enjoyed our stay at a nice hotel. We would definitely stay there again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The price especially made it very desirable."

"As this is a suites hotel, its main customer base must be business people on longer-term stays. It is therefore amazing that there are NO facilities for internet access (other than v. expensive and slow dial-up, which involved scrabbling under the bed to unhook the phone!). The installation of a wireless network for broadband internet access would be inexpensive and would encourage more repeat stays."

All Suite Property located in historic Murray Hill district, close to Grand Central Station, united Nations, Broadway theaters, Empire State Building, Times Square and shopping district. Suites are spacious are fully equipped. City tax: single or double rooms, &36;5.5 per person and night and triple or quad rooms &36;7.5 per person and night in cash payment at the hotel.
