"We really enjoyed our stay until it was time to check out. There was a problem and we were asked to wait in the lobby to resolve it. After waiting 40 + minutes we finally approached the desk and were informed that everything had been resolved 20 minutes ago. Sitting and waiting was frustrating--and quite frankly rude on the part of the hotel clerks not to inform us that everything was in order. Other than that episode we were happy with our room and the view of the city from it."

"The lack of taxi service was a real problem. Probably would not stay there again for that reason. Everything else was fine and the doorman did his best re taxi."
