"The HOT water is set way too HOT. I was burned on the hand testing the temperature my first day.
I suggest an re-evaluation of the costs associated with dry cleaning and laundry services. If the costs were reduced at least by 40% the volume for customer requests and satifaction would go up.
The bellman stated times (in minutes) for service needs to be stopped. I was told my baggage would follw me up in ten (10) minutes, it did not. It was twenty minutes (20). As far as the support leaving the facility, I was told fifteen (15) minutes, it was not, but thirty (30) Just state "We will be there as quickly as possible.""

"I haven't ever been in such a QUIET room! I don't know how they managed to practically 'sound proof' the place but I slept better than I ever have in a hotel room. And getting both the NY Times and USA Today in the a.m. was an unexpected bonus. We all had a great time"
