"HORRIBLE mattress on hide-a-bed. Not enough towels, or any blankets for hide-a-bed (although they did provide when requested). When towels were picked up by room service, we had to wait for them to be laundered and returned in the evening--they don't have enough towels to leave clean ones when they take away the dirty ones. No concierge which in NYC is a must for advice and help with reservations. Room was clean but don't expect any other ameninities. It would be a good value if money was prime concern."
