"The hotel needs updating desperately. The windows in the room had "only sheer" curtains and nothing to totally block the light. The staff was friendly. The location was ok but I have stayed in much better hotels for the money."

"Most important, the pool is only open during the summer, so beware the pool search parameter at freehotelsearch. It doesn't distinguish between indoor and outdoor pools. We thought we were paying extra for a pool and didn't get it. Second, when we arrived in a limo in pouring rain and mountains of slush, the baggage carriers were standing around inside looking bored and didn't come out to help us until we'd already gotten our mountain of baggage and sleeping toddler, soaking wet into the lobby. Then they made a stink about not letting us take the baggage cart to our room on our own. Wireless internet service is $10/day, and local phone calls $1.00, both of which should be free in our opinion for a mediocre hotel that charges almost $200/night including taxes and fees. Other than that the room was a reasonable size, the bed reasonably comfortable and good for the baby to jump on, and when we asked the front desk for extra pillows they arrived very quickly."
