"I booked a no-smoking room with a king sized bed about 1 month prior to stay. We checked in and did not go directly to our room because we had to be somewhere. When we returned (very late), our room had two full size beds. When I called the front desk, they wanted to know why we didn't check the room earlier. I explained that since I confirmed it twice I didn't think I had to. They did give us another room, but it smelled like smoke and I requested no smoking. So they got us another room (king sized bed and non smoking) which was fine. My question is why didn't they give me that room in the first place, the one I paid for, instead of making us walk around the hotel at 4 in the morning. Besides that the bell man was a very nice man and check out was fine."
