"It is the policy at this hotel that they automatically charge the previous guest's minibar tab to the new guest staying in that room. This meant that I received the $20.10 minibar tab charge that the previous guest ran up. If I had not noticed this charge, it would have been billed to my account. Of course, I had them correct my bill but it would be nice if you could let your patrons know that this is their policy and that guests should be on the lookout for minibar tabs that don't belong to them. Personally, I think it's a form of double billing and should be investigated."

"It was rather difficult to catch a taxi at some instances. Dooman could have been more positive in helping us to get one. Otherwise it was generally friendly and pleasant in the atitude of the staff."
