"Great location. Have stayed there 6 times in the past 8 yrs and plan to return there every year. I have recommended this hotel to several other people and they think it is a good deal, too."

"Yhe hotel was filthy. I had to call housekeeping because they had not vacummed the floor nor did they take out the ciggarett butts from the window sill although it was to be a non smoking room. it smelled horrible. All I could do to sleep in the bed for one night. canceled the rest of the stay and went back to the Marriott"

"Overheated, unfriendly staff, didn't clean rooms properly, rooms not particularly clean in the first place.
It was being refurbished but there had been no warning prior to booking and apart from a sign apologising for the inconvenience, the staff did not go out of their way to compensate for the mess in the foyer.
I would not recommend or ever visit that hotel again, furbished or not"

"At the price we were paying I deserve better linen . Our bed sheets were so worn out there were some holes on it."

"We have stayed before and it is an OK 'tourist' hotel. Not particularly friendly but convienient for Times Square. Major issue in that we wanted to book an additional night as our plane journey time was altered and we were offered a room at double the price of the previous night. This was told to us in a 'take it or leave it attitude'. For this reason we are unlikely to stay there next year when we visit."
