"The key issue is that in many cases it took more than one phone call to get things done. A few specific examples - getting back dry cleaning and asking for concierge services, in many cases I would not hear anything back from them for a while and would have to call again to check. In summary, the staff were very friendly and helpful but it took more than one reminder to get the job done.
The toilet was broken in the room and it was not properly fixed."
