"If you'll be out most of the day and just want a place to sleep, this hotel is fine. It's on the grungy side, our room was tiny, down a narrow hallway, but for just $99 a night I can't complain."

"I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years and knew not to expect too much however the quality has has slowly been deteriorating. I was disapointed with my last stay."

"When checking in to the quality hotel on Broadway, we were told that we were not staying with them and sent us to the Quality hotel Time Square. The receptionists at both hotels were neither polite or made us feel comfortable that our place at the hotel was secure or that we were being charged the rate at which we booked.
The location of Quality hotel Time Square was excellent and the room was ok. The people working in reception made us feel uneasy and the concierge sold us a $35 trip back to the airport for $45 and pocketted the extra $10.
To conclude, Location was excellent, facilities were average and unfortunately the people came across as rude and abrasive."

"The hotel room was adequate in size, but not very clean. There was a cockroach about three inches long in the room and I left immediately to check out. The clerk was polite and accomodating and offered to call a car service for me to go to another hotel.
The hotel I switched to had an employee who had just transferred from that hotel. She told me she didn't like it there either and was ecstatic when she found out she was leaving for another location."
