"There was a party in the bar on Fri 2nd Jan where loud music was played until 1.30am which was audible in our room and stopped me from sleeping. Apart from that the service was excellent and the room was immaculate!"

"I wanted to compliment the staff upon arrival, room service, and departure. ALL were welcoming, smiling, accomidating. I generally stay at the SOHO grand however after eating dinner in the restaurant several weeks back (which was fantastic)I thought I would give the hotel a chance. You have won me over. Also, since you are not on a busy street corner I got a nice nights rest! I am in the customer service business and think it is important to praise staff when they exceed expectations. Thanks to the staff for doing so! Neal"
